You Tube

When I was younger, my family would always go to a family reunion up in Idaho with the Flavel side. Every year we would have a "teen night" and we would go swimming, then shower and go up to Sun Valley to eat dinner, and go see a movie. One year one of the cousins had a camera and we thought of a ton of funny things to do to people and record to see how they reacted. haha The only things I really remember one of the girls faked a seizure....one of the boys got those flags to cross the street and he just kept going and going around the 4 way. haha So it stopped up all the traffic, Stuff like that! Since then things like that are always so funny to me!  I would never do them myself, because I wouldn't want to get in trouble haha But I love to watch others do it.

Last night we had a nice evening hanging out over at Bill and Danielle's house. (Sullenberger) Keith, Derrick, Danielle & baby Doel. Also  Jens and Kaitlandt. I haven't stayed up that late in a really long time, I also haven't laughed as hard as I did in a long time. haha In my defense I think I was just very tired, so I got very giggley. But we got to watching some videos on YouTube and they were hilarious! I must be out of the loop because I think Ry and I were the only ones that hadn't heard of this Remi Gaillard guy. I just wanted to share my 2 favorites. :) haha Warning, you might pee your pants laughing so hard. jk Maybe that's just me. I'm kidding I don't do that.....
I just imagine actually seeing someone do these things, and it would be soo funny!

Kangaroo

I love how he jumps over the guy on the beach and kicks up sand on to him! LOL! Also how he stuffs everything in his pouch.

and Bat. haha

It's been awhile since I have blogged! We have been so busy and have done so many fun things! But I have been horribly horrible at taking photos believe it or not, because most of the time that is not the case. I'll have to  work on that.
Well I got promoted at work! I'm the assistant Manager now. :) I feel silly telling people because I always think of the office. lol Dwight always saying "I'm the Assistant regional manager" and Michael always correcting him saying "Assistant TO the regional manager". haha It's going pretty good! Not much has changed, just pay is different, and a few more responsibilities. We'll see how long I last, there seems to be a high turn over rate at the company. But my manager is awesome so we are having fun and doing awesome, hitting our goals and everything! So anyway I just wanted blog about a few things that I love :)

First and foremost My husband :)
haha sorry I had to!

#2 Grant! I love him ALMOST as much as I love Ryan, and I wish he was mine .
Look at those eyes! ahhhh!

#3 Moracan Oil
When I first tried this product, I hated it because I was using WAY too much. It was making me oily and I couldn't get the conditioner out. But once I figured out the amount I needed it is like gold in a bottle! Before I started using Moroccan oil, it would take me like 15 min to comb my hair out after a shower. Now...I don't even have to comb it out! It  just stays untangled! I used to have to use a serum on my hair while it was wet to keep it from being so frizzy. Nope! Not anymore! I only use shampoo and conditioner, that is all and my hair is sooooo much more manageable.  I am in love. Try it! You will be in love too. :)

#4
Fiber Blend!!!
My co-worker Talisha introduced me to this fiber, and it has changed my life. :) lol Really! It is nasty nasty nasty gnarley stuff. I gag it down every morning when I take it. But I LOVE the way it makes me feel. I will take it the rest of my life for sure! It's an herbal mix that you blend with water, or juice or whatever. 1 to 2 times a day. Its not like a laxative, it just helps your body get regulated. :) It also is supposed to cleanse your colon right on out. Talishas grandma was the one that Patented it, and sold it to AIM. So that's where we get it. She said that it is sick the stuff people have passed from their bodies. You will be surprised what comes out of your body after taking this stuff for a few weeks. Then it will make you keep wanting to take it. I am a fan of Fiberblend for life!

#5 E-matrix

I have posted about this new machine before. Now that i'm all done with my group of treatments, I love telling everyone about it. It has completely resurfaced my skin. I have always had such a hard time with breakouts, and from the breakouts (because I'm such a picker) Scarring and pigmentation. No way would I ever go out and about without some kind of cover up on. My skin was so irritated! Now its so calm, I hardly get a break out, and my scars look so much better! It's a pretty expensive treatment. But now that I'm finished, I  think the  price is very worth the results that I got. But I got it for free so that make it that much better. :)

#6 Breyers Natural Vanilla ice cream.
I have become kind of picky about my ice cream in the last few years. Breyers and haagen dazs are my favorite for sure. Most of the time if Ryan ends up buying the ice cream, he'll get  a sucky kind like western family or something like that.  lol I'll just leave it alone, I don't even get tempted to eat it. The price is very much worth it. It's all about the quality, not the quantity. Check out this yummy peach cobler I made! It made me sick, but it was still very very good!

#7 my new lava lamp.
I can't get this pic to be up right, but you can still see it fine. I have had several lava lamps throughout the years... and this one isn't really lava, its glitter. I love it :) makes our room so romantic. haha I was defiantly born in the wrong decade.

#8 Vibrance Therapy.
My skin is way way sensitive, but it actually does great with this product. I have been searching  for something a little active to help keep my sun spots away after the e-matrix. We sell Vivite at American laser, so I got some of this to try it out. It has  15% glycolic in it so I didn't think my skin would like it. But I love it! Its actually very calming, and makes my skin very bright and vibrant! I also use it on my  decollete, and it helps even the skin tone there too. I also love their eye cream
I WILL NOT get wrinkles! haha jk  If anyone is looking for some great physicians grade product, let me know. I'll hook you up!

#9
Yoga class.

I started doing yoga in Hawaii,  since then I would go to a class here and there when I could.  Just recently I have been going pretty regularly just at Golds. I have always been pretty flexible, from dance when I was little. But my arms have NEVER been strong, and I have weak wrists. But I'm getting better! Yoga is actually pretty dang hard if you are doing it right. Before I moved to Hawaii I went to a few classes, and I hated it because I would like almost fall asleep. lol At Turtle Bay, we would have yoga classes everyday for the people staying at the resort. We had this yoga teacher named Zac, and he was so intense! He was kinda mean at first because he is all about form. But I learned SO much from him! I hated him for so long because one time we were in the lunch room together, and I had some asparagus that I just put in the microwave to warm up, because who likes cold asparagus right? He would always tell me that I was killing all the nutrients. lol He is probably right, but I just couldn't eat it cold. He would always tell me about his macrobiotic vegetarian lifestyle, he was weird and  it would just annoy me. But he is a very good yogi. :) Like I said, I learned so much from him. Now that I'm getting into it I am thinking about getting licensed to be an instructor. But I need to get better.  I don't like the whole  Namaste, humming and  meditation stuff. Because I don't like the feeling of somewhat honoring another god. But It can be a great workout, and great stretch out. I think when we move back to Blanding, It would be a fun thing to have a yoga studio to add to my spa. ahhh I wish someone would just give me so much money so I could just build and have anything I wanted. lol Anyway, I have been working on this one pose which freakin hurts my wrists but I actually held it today for like 30 sec. lol
 :)yay!

Ok I better go start dinner for my husband! I feel bad I never make dinner except on days off, so I need to make something elaborate tonight. ha wish me luck.

Mark obsession

um....I am slightly obsessed with this Hawaii photographer.
I wish I was him.
I wish I had a ton of money to get a big A nice camera, and many lenses to go with it.
I would be good at it!
His name is Mark,
I don't know Mark personally, but we have mutual friends.
I love EVERY single picture he takes haha

check Mark out
He makes me want to get remarried in Hawaii, and do fun underwater pics in my dress.

I have such a nice husband. :) Our little land lord lady is 83 years old, and Ryan has been so helpful to her since we have moved in. He mows her lawn EVERY week, and he does the fertilizer thing and the weeding thing all over. Carma just absolutely  loves him. She will always give us some kind of food that she has, haha usually old bananas or nuts, or her nasty "meals on wheels" food. lol If I was her...I would try to get rid of that stuff too! She is way funny.

Ryan told her we would paint her fence that goes ALL the way around her house. It's become more of a chore than we thought. But it has been nice to get out and do something outside. The fence is almost done, and it looks much better now!

Ry and I have been addicted to the show "Bones" If you haven't watched it, and you have a strong stomach,  I defiantly  recommend it! We almost watch it every night! lol Since we just watch it on netflix we set up our little theater by our couch with our popcorn and everything. :) Only thing I hate is that Bones and Booth love each other and they just haven't got together yet! Drives me nuts...haha

I also just wanted to add in here that we found Curry at Winco of course. It was WAY more inexpensive there than at Macys or anywhere else. Ry is so good at making it, and I am obsessed. I also get my rice at  a little Asian market down in Provo. Their sushi and sticky rice is awesome, it's also the only kind Ryan likes now because of living in Japan. I am converted, It's ALL about the rice.

Looks way yummy huh?

We went to Blanding over Memorial weekend. Once again the weather was kind of crappy... :( Well I guess only on Sunday. But it was so windy! I was way annoyed. But we did get lots of time inside on Sunday to hang with the fam. Mostly I was excited to see Grant. Ry and I even picked Grant up on our way through Cello and he came with us to Blanding for the afternoon on Saturday. :) He was such a stud, and he was so happy the whole time! He was so smiley for Tom and Karie too lol it was way funny.

On Monday, we were able to have really good weather down at the Ranch with Ryan's Family. It was so beautiful up there, and I am so lucky to be married into this family! I love the ranch, and I'm sure our kids will too. I had the awesome idea to do some boat races while we were there. haha It kept us busy for hours! This is one of mine and one of Ry's.

Liz, Cam, Ry and I with our boats. Cam's still cracks me up. He had a cactus on his for the sail but as soon as he put it in the water, it flipped over because it was to heavy. haha But it ended up winning!

Ry found this bomb place to go fishing in Highland. Its just this cute little pond in the middle of all these houses over by the lone peak highschool. So it takes us like 3 min to get there. :) It has been so nice the last few days! We went out 2 days in a row, and I'm sure Ryan will be out there everyday now before school starts again. Its such a fun place to go relax and take some treats out. There are lots of cute ducks out there too which I love.

Yesterday Ryan caught so many fish! Within 30 seconds of having the line out he would have a nibble. lol or what ever you call it... a bite? haha

I love love love summer. :)

Cam-

Well Ryan and I have a new best friend. Since pretty much all our friends have moved to sell something or other for summer sales. His name is Cam, he lives next door. He is 4. :) We first met him by our house, we were on our way to the gym and he looked VERY lost, so we tried to help him find his house which he clearly had no idea where it was. He said they were going to Costco to get hotdogs, lol so we walked up and down the block looking for his house. Turns out they live right next to us! His dad was out there and looking for him. haha Since then anytime we are outside he finds us and tells us all his crazy stories, honestly does not stop talking or telling us how much he loves us. :) This past week Ryan has been painting Carma's fence that goes all around our house, and Cam is always out there bright and early to help him out. (mostly just keeps Ryan entertained) Yesterday was my day off, so I was out helping Ryan with the fence, it's going to be a bigger job than we thought..... But we were out there, and it was SO warm and Cam came over around 10am. He was so helpful telling us where we missed, and what we should do better. We finished for the day around 1 when Ry had to get in to get ready for work. I asked Cam if he wanted to eat lunch with us and he quickly accepted! So we had tuna and grapes and juice. lol I was looking all around my shelves and I had nothing that a little kid would like! Only tuna! Which Cam ate about3 bites and then ate all our grapes...so I hope he wasn't sick that night. lol  So Ryan left for work, and Cam hung out with me pretty much the rest of the day! We went to Hobby lobby to get some candles, and I got him some bubbles. Then we went to Walmart and got a new DVD player because ours broke the other day. We just played bubbles outside on the lawn and ate chips and grapes, and watched a little bit of Iron Man (thats his favorite movie) and we watched the fish a lot, which he loves too. :)

He stayed over at our house until around 5pm. haha His mom was very trusting of us! Considering yesterday was the first time I actually met her.  But her and her husband were packing, because they are moving to Bosie to expand their business, So I was happy to help keep him out of their hair. We will be sad to see Cam go! He tells me like 7 times every time I see him that he loves me and he is just so sweet. This morning I left around 8:30, I got a text from Ryan around 10am saying  "Cam just came busting through our door looking for you" lol He just walks into our house anytime. So I guess we should start keeping it locked when we are home too!

23

This last week was my 23rd Birthday! I feel like I graduated yesterday, but my 5year class reunion is this next summer! What?! Wednesday (my birthday) the 21st of April, was a very relaxing nice day. :) I worked for a few hours, then I was able to do some shopping. When I got home around 2pm Ry had gone out and had this little baby all set up

He let it slip a few weeks ago that he was getting me a fish for my birthday, so I was honestly expecting one goldfish to put in a mason jar. haha This is so much more fun! I have ALWAYS wanted a big fish tank with a filter and everything. I was so surprised!
He got me 4 fish! We named the Dwight, Andy, Finley, and Franklin. :)And yes, they are still alive.

My family was on their way up to Logan for the weekend and they stopped in to say hi. :)
Sky, Kelsey & Randal baby.

When Ry got home from work he took me to Thai Village. MMMM! We have been wanting to go try it for so long now. It is like 4 blocks from our house and it has taken this long to get over there! It was amazing, I kind of have been wanting to eat there every night since. :)
After dinner we HAD to go over to Chili's to get a multon cake. We love it, and birthday is a good excuse right?

 it was yummy!

On Friday, Ry and I drove up to Logan, we stayed with Mandy and Thomas in their hotel room. Grant was such a pleasant little baby! He slept all night!

Such a little chunk! We are best friends :) I am so obsessed with this kid!

Saturday morning we got up and went to the Logan temple. Monica and Josh were married! It was  a really good ceremony. Lots of really good reminding things were said, that will help me with my own marriage. Monica was such a beautiful bride, and I did like that she was able to wear her dress in the temple.
 The happy couple!

We probably took more pictures than they did haha but here are a few
Sisters :)

The Flavel/ Palmer/Wigginton boys. (and Brek)

ahhh my handsome husband :) I am so lucky!

Ryan & Thomas by the romantic waters.

:)

Mandy Thomas and baby Grant. Such a happy family! (I can't figure out why this picture is turned like that)
Grandma and Grandpa Oswald.

One more to add to the Temple wall!

After the temple stuff we had to stop by Aggies Icecream!

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes and presents. :) We had a good week!
And NOW a funny BYU library video that Ryan found the other day. haha pretty dang funny
